What is your return policy?
Please note, all items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchange. All items are customized and/or reworked, therefore we cannot take them back.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are made. If you need to change a size or measurement for a custom order you may send us an email along with your order number within 72 hours of purchase and we can make the adjustments.
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
Please keep in mind: even great quality vintage pieces like the ones we stock usually have minor imperfections. All our items are HANDMADE. We try to list these imperfections in each product description, but sometimes we miss them. If the damage in question was listed in the product description, we will not be able troubleshoot the issue.
If you believe your items are damaged and misrepresented in the description, please take a photo of the item and email it to us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a description of the damage. Upon inspection, if it is determined that the damage was not customer related you will be advised to return the damaged item, and we will issue you store credit. We will credit your account minus shipping costs. Helpful hint: we strongly suggest including a tracking number with your item return, as we are not liable for items ost in transit.

How long will it take for my package to get to me?
We know how important your order is to you, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. All custom orders will list the time frame it takes to complete in the item's description. You will also receive an email following your order that specifies time for completion.
THE QUARANTINE COLLECTION: All items within ‘The Quarantine Collection’ are exclusive customized items. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing & shipping of your items. This timeline may vary and could be shorter or longer based on your customizations and the number of items ordered. After we receive your order, size, and measurements, you will receive a confirmation email which contains the estimated timeline to receive your items.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to complete & ship.
REWORKS & OTHER MERCHANDISE: For reworks and other merchandise on the site, please allow:

How do I know if my order has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive an email with shipping & tracking information.
Please use the appropriate carrier's tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. We use USPS for shipping.

All items are vintage, so sizes may vary between men's, women's, children's, youth, and brands. Please follow the measurements provided with each product for the most accurate sizing.

Are your brand name products authentic?
What does “rework" mean?
“Rework" is the term we use to refer to the way we take new or slightly used or vintage clothes and use their material to create our original designs. For example, we might take a vintage Nike tee shirt and make it into a "reworked" wrap top. Or we may take a pair of Adidas sweatpants and turn them into a fitted dress.

If your inquiry has not been resolved and you need help from our team, please send us an email and include your order number. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email.
Our goal is to get back to everybody within 24 hours, but please have patience if it takes a little longer! Instagram DM's may have a longer response wait time, so for pressing issues please email.
